I am a small one man business and have over the last 8 years bought many
copies of office windows usually of course I buy upgrade editions. everytime
i upgrade my laptop i have the problem of finding an original copy of windows
dating back to windows 95. I have now lost it and cannot reload my 2003
official version of office upgrade. this is so frustrating and almost
encourages pirate copies being used. when you have a legitimate copy you cant
use. I have registered numerous Microsoft products over the years why must we
go through this pain every time we want to change from one pc to another.
Online checking would make the experience much more friendly and stop users
feeling frustrated with Microsoft.
