Upgrading 2002 to 2003/Automated Deployment

We need to upgrade all of our Office 2002 clients to Office 2003 in an
automated fashion. I have downloaded all the documents I can find on the MS
site, installed the Office 2003 Resource Kit, run the Custom Installation
Wizard and prepared the MSI and MST files. The only think I'm missing is
"detailed" instructions on how to push this update out. All the documents
take for granted that people have done this before, but I have not. Does
anyone know where I can find a document that gives me detailed instructions
on how to push out an update like this to all my users (over 300)? My users
are all running Windows XP Professional woth Office 2002 (XP).
