UPGRADING ONLINE VS Retailer

[JOE With a simple question]

If I upgrade on-line what happens 2 years from now when I by a new computer?
Will I have to buy an upgrade again for the software I already own, Since I
will not have a disk to install my software with?

JOE with a simple question,
IMO,
Disk in hand is worth 2 in the bush, is a good way to look at it. If you
have your retail disk it will be easier to apply updates and reinstall or
install on new. As a small oem this is the way we currently sell Office,
Windows etc... To date this is the best way for us to service our customers.
IE: licensing with oem versions, online download/installs, updates, etc...
