You can still install Rosetta "after the facts" through the "additional
installs" package on the DVD if you need to.

I also remember reading in one of the articles on Macworld that Software
Update will automatically offer to download Rosetta for you if you attempt
to open a PowerPC-only application in Snow Leopard.
