upload template for office 2003

I cant upload excel 2003 tempalte. When i try to upload it gives me an
optionto upload 2007 version only. It sucks

Microsoft states on that site they are only accepting Office 2007 templates
for the community area. Do you have a friend who has 2007? Perhaps they'll
save it as a 2007 and upload it for you.
