Urgent! Can´t add outlook to exchange

In control panel I dont have the option of email profiles, just internet
mail. We are using OL2000 as a Pop client and now starting to use exchange.
What do I have to do (install/reinstall) so I can connect the OL2000 to
exchange. This behaivour is found on win2000 and XP
