Urgent help needed continued

Mail I send from the online host webserver (road runner webmail) is
delivered to my Entourage inbox and I can open. But I cannot send mail from
my Entourage new mail--it goes into the outbox and stays there.

This means that you didn't set the SMTP server properly for this
account. Check them out in the account settings,
