Urgent: Navigation Bar points to the pc instead of the index files

I am reposting this because I can't find my original post.
1. I have made 3 other website and solved this problem in the past but
now I can't remember how (Laugh its ok). I made this site with pub 2003
www.eboatconsulting.com and 2 others.

2. The problem:
When I publish my other site to the FTP server and look at the site
with IE6, the navigation bars on the top and bottom point back to my
c:\website\... folder and not the index folder on the ftp server (like
it should).

3. The Question: What is the fix for this inside of publisher 2003?
There most have been a fix with in pub 2003 I just can't seem to
remember what is it.
I should not have to use a html editor to remove these links. I sure
someone has had this problem before.

I need seriously need help right away.

Thanks to all!!

Copied from the answer to your last post:

If you are sure that your navbar is not on a Master Page, then...

Another possibility is you are including external files incorrectly? If you
have tried to insert or embed external files in your Publisher file, then
read the following article for the correct method:
"Including external files in a Publisher web":
http://msmvps.com/blogs/dbartosik/archive/2006/01/07/80561.aspx

If that doesn't solve your problem then run the Design Checker to see if
that finds you problem. Also, if you are actually doing a Save As to produce
your HTML output, you shouldn't be doing that. Use Publish to the Web.

In the future I would suggest that you post in the web design newsgroup for
Publisher, and if you need more assistance then post back there and include
the URL.

HHmmm, I did a save as once or twice but I normally choose publish to
web.

I think at this point I might just try to re-create the site (it's ony
4 pages)

Thanks for the input.
Man, I hate re-do's but that's the only thing I can think of now.
