Urgent "setup.exe" doesn't install the packaged files

Hi,

I have this excel application, I used MOD2000 to create a
setup package.

It runs fine on my machine but one of the user is getting
a message after copying 7 dlls,"please restart you
computer to proceed." After restarting nothing happens.

It is not a admin issue, he has admin rights on his
machine.

Please help.

I don't know about Mod2000 but there was an issue with the Microsoft Package
and Deployment wizard. It had to do with compiling and packaging on an XP
machine then trying to install on an older OS. There was a service pack for
MS that fixed it. Check with the MOD2000 to see if it's the same issue. It
has to do with the versions of the DLL's

Thanks! You are correct that is the problem.
But, I can;t seem to fix it. I am using Windows XP SP 2

Please advise.
