Use Forms toolbar textbox with wrap around feature on a lined for.

I have a form that needs several lines to be completed. Need to use the FORM
tool bar text box when it is electronic. The problem is that the text does
not wrap with the lines that have been drawn on the form, it pushes them
forward thus shifting the format.
