User being seen as "busy" all the time (Entourage 2004)

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther)
Processor: Power PC
Email Client: Exchange

I have ten Macs all working fine with an Exchange server, but one user. Her calendar looks normal, with scattered appointments through the week, but when you try to schedule an appointment with her and look at "see appointment status" and click on the schedule tab, she is always shown as busy - 24hrs a day, forever - I can't seem to find a setting or preference that would set this -- any ideas?

Check what folks see for the user's free/busy schedule using OWA. Does
that show her as being busy all the time?

The user's calendar folder may have become out-of-sync with the Exchange
Server. In Entourage have her right-click or Control-click her Exchange
Calendar in the folder list on the left and select Folder Properties.
Click the Empty button to empty the cache and resync with the server.
She may need to clear out any unwanted appointments.
