User created folders disappear from Exchange 2003 Server X and2004 clients

Hi,

I have been having trouble with accounts accessed via Entourage 2004 and
Entourage X hosted on an Exchange 2003 server losing folders created by the
user. I have not been able to track down when or why. One day I have
several subfolders under Inbox and the next day they are gone. I've been
spending most of my time these days restoring Exchange mailboxes for my
users. For now we've halted the use of Entourage until we can figure this
out. I've seen mention of this in a few places on the web but no
explanation or fix. Any ideas?
