I've set up my account with the correct name in Personal Info, but my mail is going out with the name Administrator. Any ideas?

Check your "me" contact in the Entourage address book (I am not sure if the
Exchange address book has a "me" contact, if so change this one if it is
Administrator) this one may have the name Administrator, if so change first
and last name to your name.

The "Me" contact needs to be in the local Address Book, which is still
available to someone using an Exchange server.

I have an issue with Entourage Mail. I have three accounts pushed. They are a @me.com and two Gmail accounts. The me.com is separate, but the gmails get lumped together. Any way to separate them? Also my me.com is spontaneously deleting recent messages from the inbox. It did that before I set up Entourage and just used the MacBook mail. Also, once you set Entourage as the default mail can you ever change it?

I can't help with the MobileMe questions but as to default, the answer is
yes.

The preference to set the default email application is no longer in System
Preferences. Apple now requires you to make this setting in Safari or Mail
preferences. However, there are freeware applications you can use to set
preferences:

IC-Switch..... I like the feature where it puts a small icon in the menu bar
that allows you to toggle which application you want as default for email,
web, FTP etc. Quick and easy way to change default application for testing
purposes.

RCDefaultApp... RCDefaultApp is a preference pane that allows a user to set
the default application used for various URL schemes, file extensions, file
types, and MIME types. MacOS X uses the extension and file type settings to
choose the application when opening a file in Finder, while Safari and other
applications use the URL and MIME type settings at other times for content
not related to a file (such as an unknown URL protocol, or a media stream).

More Internet...... More Internet is a System Preferences pane that uses
Internet Config to allow you to choose which applications are set as helpers
for internet protocols (i.e. which application will be chosen to handle
which URL.)

<http://www.monkeyfood.com/software/MoreInternet/>

MISFOX (MIssing Internet Settings for X)....... MisFox will show all the
file mappings settings and the protocol helpers. You can inspect these
settings, but you can also edit, delete and create new items for these
settings. Protocol Helpers are used to find the right application to handle
certain internet protocol.
