userform with textboxes and listboxes (gathering info)

This is in Word 2003 (VBA).

I have a multipage userform with several textboxes and drop-down lists to
help automate a document. My questions are:

1. Whats the best method for storing blocks of text so that whenever a user
selects from a drop-down list it will pull the info directly?

2. If it is stored in Access, how would I pull that information into the
bookmark I've set up?

I really appreciate your help and enjoy reading all the information offered
here on the site.
