Username/password isue.

I have been using Entourage for a few years as my mail client to handle my
Gmail account. I have encountered few problems during that time. For the past
24 hrs I am unable to send or receive mail via Entourage. I get a message
saying that my user name/password have not been accepted or there may be a
problem with my security settings.

I have checked my settings and all seem OK. Any advise please. I have to add
that during this problem period I was able to operate as normal for a very
short time but soon received the same error message again.

It is possible that your mail provider has changed the security settings
they require. Check on the Customer Service page on their web site for
information on how to fix the problem or how to contact them for more help.

Thanks Ed for your input. Fortunately without changing anything I now have
normal service again. I wish I knew what has been the problem.
