Using a default signature

I am recently shifted from Windows to Mac user.

I have set up a signature in Entourage2004. How do I get it to be the
default signature in all my messages? Right now I have to go to the
signature icon and click to include it. In office 2003 there was an option
to use a signature by default for new messages, replying etc.

Go to Tools | Accounts, open up that account for editing, then click on
Options, and you will see that you can set a default signature.

If you whilst in Entourage to "Tools" and select one account, go to the
second tab you can select at the top to the default signature. Do likewise
For all other mail accounts you have.
