using a keyboard shortcut as a link

I need to create a quick intranet website for my agency. Supervisors want the
users to use the IE CTRL + F for searching the active web page. I would like
to make it easy for the user and just have a link on the page labeled Search
which when clicked on, will activate the Find command. Can this be done?
