Using Address Book to select fax number/recipient

Evidently, the inability to select a fax recipient/number from within
Word or Entourage in general is not a fault of Microsoft, but rather
Apple. I just tried the same thing from within Appleworks 6, and it
doesn't work from there either! Actually, the only application that
this DOES work correctly from is TextEdit.

Not being able to perform this simple selection is a terrible
inconvenience for anyone that faxes regularly. I hope that Apple gets
on a fix soon!

What version of Mac OS are you using. I recall using it with Panther
before I upgraded to Tiger. I just tried it with Tiger and had no
problem pulling an address from the Address Book.
