Using an action link to Excel from PPT, can the file pop-up small

When using an action link in Power Point to an Excel spreadsheet is it
possible for the spreadsheet to pop-up in a smaller window instead of in the
maximized window manner? Currently when the action link is pressed the excel
sheet pops up but it takes up the whole window covering the presentation I
want it to be a smaller version so the person can still see the presentation.
Can anyone help?
