Entourage is supposed to be able to categorize e-mail upon receipt if
contacts in the address book are in categories. i've gone through the
trouble of categorizing my contacts and I've checked the box to
"automatically match message categories to senders' categories" in
general preferences, but I still can't get the feature to work. Can
anyone tell me what I'm missing?
