Greetings,
I would like to COUNTIF with 2 criteria and I have read on how to use
SUMPRODUCT to accomplish this. However, I am still getting a pretty #NUM!
error in the calculation. Here is my formula:
=SUMPRODUCT(--('Turnover Details by HR Group'!D
=A4),--('Turnover Details
by HR Group'!B:B=$B$2))
Please help. Thank you,
Mike
