Is it possible to set a reply-to address different from the sender in
Entourage 2004?
It is on a per-account basis, not per message. Go to Tools/Accounts/[your
account]/Edit/Options.
In the Additional headers box click at the left side under "Headers" and
type in "Reply-To" (no quotes). Next to it, on the right, click and type in
the email address.
If you want this to apply to just some messages, not all, make a _new_
account with the same settings as your regular account, but make it a POP
account (even if the real account is IMAP) and do not fill in anything for
the Receiving Mail section (POP server, etc.) - leave it all blank. (Do not
use the Assistant - if it appears, click "Configure manually".) Gibe the
account another name (like "Reply To" or use the reply-to email address as
name), your Name and the proper email address (NOT the Reply-To address, the
real receiving one), and the Sending Mail section (SMTP server and any
needed Advanced settings), then the Reply-To header on Options page. When
you want to write or reply to someone using this Reply-To header switch the
"From" popup in the message you're writing to this special account.
