Using Groups in BCC.

All,
I have been testing using a new group that I created today and I am unable
to send out to a group in the BCC line. If I enter the addresses manually,
it works fine. Has anyone else run in to this? 10.5.2 and Office 2008 with
the most current update.

I have also found a bug in using groups in the ³to:² line. If you have the
³don¹t show addresses when sending to the group² button selected, it doesn¹t
send the email to the groups. Rather it sends to your ³me² contact.

This is happening on 2 different machines and I am wondering if anyone else
is seeing this.
Thanks,
Collin

Found the issue. When editing the group, when you click on the open space
below, it adds a blank line for you to enter a new address. If you close out
of the window directly, it leaves that blank address. To get rid of the
extra line you either have to select it and hit delete, or select another
contact.
For some reason, if you leave a blank contact in your list, it stops the bcc
from going out to anyone on the list.

Hope this helps,
Collin

Thanks! Good info.

Another workaround is to click "sort list" button in group editing window.
This will get rid of the blank contact.
