using groups

Hi
using imac with word/ office 2004- have made up a group and named it
now want to send e mail to that group
put name of group in address line BUT always refuses t send states
error-
help please

Entourage refuses to send emails to a group if one of the email addresses in
that group is not valid. Open your group in the address book component and
make sure that all the addresses work and/or are typed correctly. If that
doesn't help, post back and give us more details about the error message
(what exactly does it say?).
