Using HTML stationary in Entourage

Dovid Clarke

I have been unable to add HTML stationary to my outgoing messages in
entourage. I have office 2004 and have updated it.
I have tried using word to compose the message with mixed results

is there an easy way to add stationarly similar to outlook?

No, not included with Entourage at any rate. However, you can use Notes
combined with Barry Wainwright's "Insert Notes" script to automate
"boilerplate" text insertion.

There is also Paul Berkowitz's "Message Template" script that can be used to
create your own templates and create new e-mails from them.

You can get both scripts here:

Some users choose to save templates as drafts and then duplicate those
drafts, and edit & send them.

Yet others use templates in Word and send those using Entourage, but that's
probably more work than it's worth for just sending messages.

See this article on Mactopia: Make e-mail messages sparkle

Entourage's HTML layout capabilities are extremely limited. See this article
for more info and other options:

Another option is to compose your mail
using the free multi-purpose browser/mail program/HTML editor,
"SeaMonkey", available for download at mozilla.org.
