using .net how we can handle outlook adressbook contact items at client side

hi all,

i have query about outlook contacts.i need to retrieve all the
adreessbook contact items(first name,email address etc).from aspx page
how can i achieve this.whether using script or .net??.If using scripts
how can we handle automation error?.Is it possible by using
oulctlx.dll?How we can handle security issues?Suppose my site is
certified then security will make any issue?
