Can I use Outlook application for all my AOL E-mail?
If so, what do I need to do? If I can't why? and do I
have to give up AOL to use Outlook?

AOL doesn't follow Internet standards (and Microsoft sometimes doesn't,
either, but in this case they follow the standards better than AOL).
You need to use AOL's software to access their proprietary servers. See

look for a real ISP.
