Using outlook.prf to prevent users from having to go thru the Outlook Setup wizard to find their mai

Does any expert have any experience following with the outlook.prf file so
that everyone logging into to say a given workstation will not have to go
thru the Outlook Setup wizard to find their mailbox?

I don't use the prf file, but rather the Custom INstallation Wizard from the
Office Resource Kit, which creates a MST to alter the default Office
Installation.
