I use Microsoft Outlook 2003 to read e-mail. It is (properly) configured to read e-mails as a POP3 account from my Yahoo! e-mail address. Outlook is configured to remove the original messages from the Yahoo! mail server. Most of the time, this works fine. However, some substantial minority of the time, Outlook improperly leaves the original messages on the Yahoo! mail server. Thus, every time Outlook checks for new mail, it re-downloads the same messages, often resulting in five, six, or more copies of the same messages in my Outlook Inbox. When this occurs, I have to go to the Yahoo! Mail website and manually delete the "new" messages. Any suggestions as to how to fix this?
Thanks.
