Using Portfolio Analyzer Cube with Excel

Is there an add-in for Excel that will allow me to use the OLAP cube for MS
Project in Excel?

You shouldn't need an addin to do this. In an Excel sheet insert a
pivotTable (Data - PivotTable and PivotChart Report) and choose to connect to
an external data source. Then follow the steps to connect to an OLAP cube
and enter your reporting servers information. You'll need to follow the
steps to connect to a new data source.
