Here is the article that details how to enable resource accounts in Outlook
2000. Your message hinted that you have mail-enabled public folders and are
attempting to manage resources via these public folders ? This is a very
common misconception with Outlook. While it is possible to script public
folders to perform this type of function, using resource accounts is much
easier to administer. This is the most common usage for hosting conference
rooms and equipment without having a delegate touch every request.
