Hi All
We've recently purchased 3 new PC's which are networked
together, running MS Office 2003 inc. MS Outlook, we're
now beginning to get to grips with Outlook a bit but a
couple of queries have arisen:
1. When setting Tasks and sending Meeting Invitations to
others (in this office), replies to Tasks(Accept/Decline)
come back with the 'Owner' as ecostruct.co.uk not
(e-mail address removed), this is obviously not ideal as it
does not show exactly who owns the task-Meeting
acceptances do however come back as (e-mail address removed)
(as would be expected). Is there any way in which
accepted/declined tasks can show exactly who owns them?
2. When a Task is set and accepted by someone I would like
to remove it from my Task list until the reply becomes
overdue (Hide?? Filter out??) unless this can be done my
task list becomes very cluttered with tasks I have 'given'
to other people which are of no interest to me until
either they reply, or their reply becomes overdue and
needs chasing!
3. I frequently have tasks set for myself which,
when 'initiated', could do with being invisible until
their due (or overdue!!) date otherwise the task list
becomes very unwieldy and difficult to use.
