Thank you.

How can I get the hours, minutes & seconds without the AM/PM.
Also, something I forgot to mention earlier is how can I take an amoun
of time, say "29:33:23" and have another column have with a formula t
say"1 day, 05:33:23".

Thank you again,
Crai

I don't understand your first question, but a time is stored as whole and
fractional days. You don't need a formula to change anything just use a
formula like =A1 and format with the custom format

d "day, "hh:mm:ss

But this will not work beyond 31 days, as the 1 day really means, to Excel,
January 1, 1900. When you get past 31, you are into the days of the month of
February, 1900.

If that's a problem, you could use this format:

=TEXT(INT(A1),"#0")&" day, "&TEXT(MOD(A1,1),"hh:mm:ss")
