Using VBA in FP03 to extract href from web page

Using VBA from within Frontpage 2003 I wish to grab a specific link from a
web page and insert it into a form field. I have this working except that

I cannot figure out how to just extract the href portion to display, rather
than innerHTML or outerHTML. Any help much appreciated.

Is the link contained in a different web page than the one that contains the form??
If so, it can't be done because it violates "cross domain scripting security" issues.
A recent IE security update removed that capability.

If both in the same page, be patient and someone will reply.

The form is a vba project form, not a form on a web page. I can get other
information such as all info contained in an anchor tag on the page to
appear in a textbox on the form I want to use the href property to limit
the info to the link itself, rather than having to parse the anchor tag
contents. Hope this makes sense.
