Why don’t we use Web Services instead of PDS? Can we build our own library
as web services to take place the PDS on the server?
At the end both of them is based on SOAP protocol, but XML web services
provides more flexibility and we can access the database and perform any
query we need. What are the advantages of using PDS on XML Web services?
And another important issue that we need COM for the PDS extender is this
Microsoft vision for the MS EPM future?
