Using Word to give a presentation

I'd like to use Word as if it were PowerPoint.

Is there any way that I can have a Word page fill the whole screen.

I have 20 pages in a file, I'd like to be able to have each page fill
the screen, then go down the document giving the presentation.

You're in the wrong newsgroup. You should ask in the Word newsgroup.

But why do you want to use Word instead of importing the Word file into
PowerPoint and using that?
