What you are trying to ask about isn't making much sense because you
haven't explained yourself well.

If you have a store bought card, it IS paper...so yes, if you have a
printer and a program that can print, then you can type content into
that program and print it by inserting that card to add content if
that's what you want to do.

Unfortunately, without better details regarding what you want to do,
it is very difficult for us to help you.

Depends entirely on the hardware you use to do the printing. A pen will
work the best, a laser printer only so-so.
