Validation error

I have some information fields on a page created in FrontPage 2003
that are set for validation as "required" fields.

When the form is submitted through the browser, the field is checked
and if empty the correct error message is displayed.

Exampe:
Enter a value for Contact Name.

However, when the OK button is pressed on the error message, the form
processing continues to the "Confirmation Page" instead of staying on
the form so that the user can fill in the required information.

Can someone help with this?

I believe I fixed it myself. The form was in layers and I added a
"change property" to the "send" button to make the layer with the
validated field "visible"
