Validation of User Data Entry of Excel Range Address

I am trying to use Excel's Data Validation feature to
validate whether or not a user has entered a valid excel
range address. Does anyone know the proper validation
formula?

Ex. User Data Enters A3:B4 into Cell G3. The validation
feature would allow the data entry into Cell G3.

User Data Enters A3:XX7 into Cell G3. the validation
feature would NOT allow the data entry into Cell G3 since
XX7 is an invalid range address.
