validation question

I need to set up 8 fields that use the same info ABCDEF or G, but I need to
have it dissallow an already used input. If field1 has a "B" then field2
options would be ACDEF or G. If field2 then has a "F" then field3 remaining
options would be ACDE or G.

Appreciate guidence.
