Values before please

I have the below formula

Can I please add to the below to value the whole sheet
as at the moment I save it to C:\Depots, but before I
email it I have to Copy, Paste special and then use
Value. is their a step in the below formula that will
allow this.

SaveAs "C:\To Depots\" & ThisWorkbook.Name _
& " " & strdate & "To Depots.xls"
