I have seen that variance can be seen between a Baseline plan and the present
Interim plan(actual plan).

If i have modified my first baseplan 3 times,ie now i am having Baseplan
1,2,3 and an actual plan to track the progress.Then how can i view the
variance between Baseline1&actual plan,Baseline2&actual plan,Baseline3&actual
plan.

I have already checked with Multiple Gannt chart view.I want to see interms
of variance.Will it be possible?

Yes, but you need to add formulae to custom fields to calculate the
variance. For example set Number1=[Baseline1Start]-[Start]
