VBA converter for excel 2007

I'm trying to open an excel 2003 file in 2007 and I get the following error :
" need vba converter " ; what should I do ???

Are you by any chance on a Mac?

From what I can find, basically it appears that your file was saved in Excel
5/97 format. If that's the case, I'd try taking it to a machine with 2003 on
it and open it up and use Save As to force a save as 2003 file type.
