VBA editor (Alt+F11) does not load in Excel, Word, Acc (off 2k)

VBA editor does not load in any of Office 2000 SP3 apps, Excel gives "out of
memory", Word is silent as well as Access.

In Access, try crtl-g to display the Debug (Immediate) window. This
should also open the VBA editor.
