VBA in Access2003 Error-2147221163 on .Items.Add to Mapi object

5 apparantly identical XPpro PCs; one sends the .rtf attachment via Outlook
2003 - the others give -2147221163 Method 'Items' of object 'MAPIFolder'
failed as error message. Is it an Access, Outlook, MAPI system (or even
Symantec) problem?
