VBA Macro Availability

In Excel, its possible to make a personal.xls to hold and make always
available VBA macros created. What is the best way to in Visio to make my
Visio VBA Macros available to all drawing files?

An easy way is to put your macro on your own stencil, because stencil is
independent from drawing.

Though I have yet to try it, you should be able to place your stencil in the
Visio startup folder. (Look at the file locations under Options)
