VBA Project Function call

If I have VBAProject A and VBAProject B in the same VBE session. How
can I call a function that is in VBAProject A from VBAProject B?

It's been a while since I've done it, but have you added a reference to
VBAProject A in VBAProject B (Tools | References)?
