vCard Incompatibility

When transferring vCards made in OS X native address book application
into Entourage, the email addresses of my contacts dissapear. I've
tried both set to vCard 2.1 and 3.0. Even vCards made by Entourage
are stripped of the Email type when reimported to Entourage. Has
anyone else had this problem?

I've never tried that but my guess would be that the system Sddress book
uses UNIX carriage returns and Entourage uses Mac carriage returns.

An application like BBEdit (lite or pro) should be able to fix that (but
I don't know for sure that this is the problem, it's just a guess).
