Vcard missing "business fax"

When we set up active directory user objects, we complete the telephone
section, which includes a "fax" field. However, when users create a vcard
in Outlook 2002 the "business fax" field is empty. Any suggestions?
(It seems like the "fax" field in AD DS does not map to the "business fax"
field in Outlook (?))

AD users would map to the Global Address List (GAL) and not to
individual Outlook contact items. You would have to extract GAL
entries into contacts or create contacts with the information in the
GAL.
