Verification Failed: "HTTP error. Access to the resource has not been authorized." (-18599 )

We have a virtual domain and are using email aliases (Exchange Server)
for certain accounts, rather than completely setting up a second
Domain.

When trying to add an account to Entourage v 2004 (11.3) using an email
alias, we get the following error:

Verification Failed: "HTTP error. Access to the resource has not been
authorized." (-18599 )

Now, we can access it through webmail, but not via Entourage.
Does Entourage not support email aliases on Exchange Server 2003?

sample input:

email address: [email protected] (alias)
account ID/username: [email protected]
Pass: whatever

I'm able to send from alias addresses. For your Account ID, just use your
Exchange login - not the complete email address.

Are you able to access your server using Entourage for other accounts?
